I’m Linda – mom, daughter, friend, homemaker, crafter, designer, and blogger. I live in the desert and have so many thoughts, observations and opinions thus — the Cactus Diaries was born. Because life can be both beautiful and prickly.

It’s also challenging, rewarding, tragic, joyous, shocking and entertaining. I will show you how to create an efficient home, keep your family on point, balance money, and still find time for yourself. 

When I was a young mother, I continuously juggled everyday overwhelm. It was maddening. Over the years, I’ve figured things out and still have loads to learn but I want to share what I do know with other mothers. If I can alleviate some frustration, provide some support or levitate your day with some humor, then it’s all worth it.

I have advice, tips, and tricks. I provide inspiration, guidance, and compassion. I share with you my successes, challenges, and experiences. And most of it’s delivered with a very dry wit.
